Yes, you must go to Labcorp only. Your blood test order is not valid at any other laboratories or medical facilities.

Yes, you must be in a fasting state. See the Instructions for Preparing for a Fasting Blood Test.

We recommend that you stop taking all dietary supplements for 72 hours/ 3 days before your blood test. See the Instructions for Preparing for a Fasting Blood Test.

All testing costs, including the cost of tests and the blood draw fee, is covered by the amount paid at checkout. There are no additional costs when you go to a LabCorp facility.

All orders are processed within one business day (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time Zone). Orders placed after hours Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day.

If you haven’t received your lab order form via the email you supplied at checkout within one business day, first check your spam folder in your email. We will also add the form to your My Account page under the Downloads tab. If it isn’t there, simply contact us and we will be happy to re-send it to you.

OrderMyOwnLab does not accept any form of health insurance, nor do we provide any information to process insurance claims.

All lab orders through LabCorp are good for 6 months from the date they were created by OrderMyOwnLab .

You may cancel an order if: (1) you have not had your blood drawn and (2) the order is cancelled within 30 days of the date it was purchased; the purchase price will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee. 30 days after the date of purchase, no refunds will be provided.
